The cons of this game on the iPhone are

1. It’s not the Massive Multiplayer Online Game (MMORPG) game that we fell in love with on the free pc game MapleStory because it’s a single player game.
2. No social network such as game center or Plus + network to save progress online in events of restoring the iPhone or reinstalling the game.
3. Only one character is available for this edition as Thief, other characters in the Full MapleStory is much more interesting such Warrior, Bowman, Pirate and Magician.
4. It’s not an Universal app, it’s designed only for the iPhone or iPod Touch with iPad a 2x pixel enlargement which may not be suitable as the shortcut keys are too far away for comfort.

Overall, it’s a blast playing this game going through the levels but as the quests get harder to complete it became a routine of slashing & hacking your level up.

The problem with this strategy with single player game, it’s very boring to fight alone without people around to chat with fight together with.

I wish NEXON can improve this app to become the full version of the game or even release a full version later with MMORPG element for the iPhone & iPad so that we can go back to the times where we spent countless hours playing this wonderful game.

I recommend this game to people who had play the game before on the PC and want to relive the nostalgic feeling again

Chopper 2 is one of the most innovative 3D side scroller game!

This game uses some superb details on it’s 3D game engine with some real rag doll physics & excellent tilt control using the accelerometer.

After about 3 days after Jailbreaking my iPhone 4 iOS 4.0.1 I had found some very useful Jailbreak apps that’s customize your springboard layout.

1. Iconoclasm – by Yanik Magnan – This app changes the number of apps per row & column so that you can squeeze more apps per page
2. Shrinks – by Phoenix3200 – This app shrinks your apps icons to a custom size to look nicer
3. Five Icon Docks – by Jay Freeman (Saurik) – This app allows you to add a total of five icons into the dock below.
4. Infinifolders – by chpwn – This app give you the ability to add more than 12 apps per folder! Very nice.
5. SpringFlash -by BigBoss – This app allows you to turn your LED flash light into a adhoc torch light

The above jailbreak apps are very useful however people with eyesight problem probably will just stick to the original layout but infinifolders is a must have.

SpringFlash save me a couple of times navigating my house after switching off all my lights just to get a cup of water.

Cons:

• The reception will be reduced by using the “DEATH GRIP” in location where it’s already low reception like indoors or within concrete areas. However, using a casing resolved this issue.
• The Auto-Rotation lock only lock the portrait mode and not the landscape mode.
• Some transparent casing reflect the LED Flash light causing some bad photograph in low like conditions
• Some Applications are not yet optimized for the iPhone high resolution iOS 4 Retina display causing some of them to look bland but better than 3G or 3Gs.

Overall, this iPhone 4 is one of the top smart phones in the market other than the Andriod Smart Phones which are fragmented in their hardwares support.

Personally, I feel many tech media are slightly bias in their reviews basing on their “sponsors” request to “attack” on the flaws of the device(s) of their competitors’ device, exaggerating small problems of the antenna issue.

The lower “5 Mega-Pixel” camera is not really losing to the competitor phone because it doesn’t really helps the overall experience if the camera is 8 Mega-Pixel or more because of flaky 3G internet connection causing slower then acceptable uploading speed.

A long time ago, the Ma’s dominated the world and every human led a miserable life as a slave. As the population of humans grew, so did their strength. As they grew stronger in power, they eventually grew tired of their situation and stood up in revolt. Finally, the future King, Zenith, led the humans into a historic battle. ‘The war to control the world’ pit humans against the Ma in an epic battle. Though the casualties were fierce on both sides, the humans finally won a great victory and were able to bind the Ma with a ‘Great Seal’ expelling them from the country.

In 385 A.D, the power of the ‘Great Seal’ was weakening and Caber, a demon of the Ma, discovered a way to break the ‘Great Seal’ and once again launched hostilities with the humans. Although the toll of the war was dire, the humans eventually obtained victory with Sting, a great captain, leading the great human army. As the final battle raged on, the Capital of the Ma, Baldiode, was destroyed and the Ma were forced to run away into the “Great Cave.”
